Wow, after reading other reviews if there is one thing I’m sure of is that your experience at this hospital is directly related to the people you get to interact with. That might be a “no duh” statement but my wife and I were at Good Sam for the birth of our first daughter and although not drastically complicated it did result in C-section (our daughter was 9lb 12oz). The staff was amazing from the nurses, to just people we met in the hallways. Always asking if they could help (likely due to the “I’m lost” look on my face). Our daughter had to go to NICU for billi-light treatment since there was no room in pediatrics and the nurses there were great. The great service continued through recovery after we got our daughter back. We were first time parents and the staff put up with our worries, questions, fears, questions, surprises, questions…did I mention we asked a lot of questions? Always patient and informative they were just great. We had our second daughter at O’Connor and wished we were back in Good Sam the whole time. Definitley recommend.
